Hello there loyal Poplar Ridge friends!
"Operation Online Scheduling" is finally underway, and we'd love to invite you to take advantage of its convenience! It's secure and available 24x7. Plus, you can select the service and the time that are right for you with instant confirmation - no more phone or email tag! :-)
So far, I have booked all of your pre-paid lessons into the calendar. Any lessons beyond those, however, are not yet scheduled. I understand that most of you prefer to maintain the same day(s) & time(s) each week, so I'd like to give you first crack at the schedule before we open it up to the public on our website.
That being said, please only book YOUR current schedule you wish to maintain (up to 60 days in advance) for the time being. Once all of our loyal clients, such as yourself, have booked/reserved their time slots, I will let you know when the calendar is going public-- aka all remaining slots will be up for grabs! I plan to go public with the schedule in about a week, on October 24.
Although we've done our best to ensure a smooth transition to online scheduling, I apologize in advance for any "bugs" you may encounter. Please let us know if we can improve anything, and most definitely feel free to contact us with any questions/concerns! We'd be happy to help you get started:)
